Dispatch Operatives

Due to increased demand Bawnless Recruitment Ltd have vacancies for Line Operatives/Dispatch for immediate start in the Newry Area

Pay Rate: hourly rate

Hours per week: 40

Working hours: Monday – Fri

Job Type: Temporary to permanent

Job description:

• Work as part of a team in the factory, packing and labelling to customer specification on a paced production line to fulfil production targets on a daily and weekly basis as directed by the production supervisor

·         Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work

·         Comply with company policy, quality guidelines and procedures on safe food handling and hygiene at all times

·         Maintain responsibility for operational effectiveness of equipment and machinery and report faults to supervisor in a timely manner

·         Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned

Job Criteria/Experience:

• Previous relevant experience is advantageous

• Adhere to Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Flexible approach to work and be prepared to undertake flexible working hours to meet customer deadline
