Job duties: • Daily Till Reconciliation • Cash Book • General Office Duties • Monthly Statements • Returns and Warranty reports • Recording and checking of purchase invoicing • Paying suppliers • Processing purchase ledger, sales ledger, nominal ledger • Daily cash reconciliation • Monthly bank posting/ reconciliation • Monthly wage posting/reconciliation • Monthly creditor reconciliations • Monthly management accounts ( Profit/loss/budgets/balance sheet) • Preparation and submitting of various statutory returns (CSO, VAT etc) • Price file updates The right candidate will be: • Proficient in accounting, payroll software and Microsoft office • Experience of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and the ability to use other in-house software. • Excellent communicator in English both written and verbal • Must have a minimum of 3yrs experience in a similar role, producing monthly management accounts
