Bawnless Recruitment Ltd. is currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger / General Administrator for immediate start in Newry Pay Rate: Competitive Hours per week: 9am-5pm Working days: Monday - Friday Job Type: Ongoing/Temporary Job overview: Deal with telephone enquiries, desk enquiries, screen and redirect callers as necessary. Maintaining purchase ledger Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining and updating existing account details Processing staff expenses Dealing with invoice queries and filing invoices Supplier statements reconciliation Supporting all areas of the Finance Department Essential Criteria: 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English Language or two years’ experience in a similar role Demonstrable experience of bookkeeping Ability to work to deadlines RSA II - Text/Word Processing or Equiv.
